Review of Artistic Costumes & Dance Fashions Inc : The worst shopping experience. IN SHORT- THE STORE IS A MESS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR (INCLUDING OWNER). BUISSNESS PRACTICES ARE UNETHICAL.
