Make reservations early for a table in front of the Commodore Room's hand-built fireplace. This room's intimate rectangular dimensions mean no table is left out in the cold.
Mid 19th-century splendor and romance are represented by the ornamental de Forest hand-carved, white marble fireplaces.
Retro sofas before the two gas fireplaces may seat anywhere from 12 to 15, but reservations are strongly encouraged even on weekday nights.
