THE BEST!. This is simply the best movie theatre in the greater Baltimore area (if not the world). A fantastic, ever-changing and diverse selection of movies, great snacks, a colorful staff, and unique industrial architecture make this my favorite movie theatre of all time. I will only see movies elsewhere if they do not come to the Charles at all!…
