Customer beware!. This bank advertises 4% interest rate on new checking accounts, but you will only receive that interest if you meet the four requirements otherwise you wil receive the low rate. There are too many rules, and the worst is that the customer is not informed that Fiser, the company responsible for online pay bill site checks your credit report history without your consent. If, you have a online problem good luck calling support line, I had to call back three times, regarding confirmation of deposit. There is no free checking, a $30.00 fee for overdraft protection. I regret opening account at this bank, and look forward to cloising it out.
