You have to see Lorri!!

You need to go see Lorri!! She always gives me what I am looking for. Even when I have a hard time explaining what I want, she just always seems to get it. Prices at Brocatos aren't cheap, but I always leave more than satisfied, and that is worth what she charges(which is no more than I have paid at other salons in the area)...all and all... shes wonderful!

Rip off!

I've gone to Brocoto's in the past and have had a good experience with Lauren. My regular stylist had left and the staff placed me with Patty. I had full highlights done (which were good), but Patty waited until AFTER the appointment to notify me that she was charging me $60 more than the quoted price because my roots were really grown out. I argued that she could have told me that in the beginning, but neglected to. She stated that the next time I come in, I'll get the original quoted $140!!! I was so upset that I just paid and left...NEVER again!

Customer Service Lacking

I waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment because there was no stylist in the building. The management didn't do anything about it. I paid full price. Seem disorganized and not customer-centered. Not going back and can't recommend it.

Unhappy customer

I have been a loyal customer to Brocato's for about 5 years but was very displeased with my experience there today. My sister and I went in together and got the exact same thing done to our hair. I was cashed out 1st and was charged $20 more dollars than she was. Also, I presented a $10 off coupon but still ended up paying more than usual. How can the price of the same cut be so drastic?Apparently it was the owner who cut my hair and she is okay doing that. I will not return after my visit today.

The BEST hair and service!

Kristyn does my hair and she ALWAYS does a great job. She also always does exactly what i ask and doesn't try to do whatever she wants. She's friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She does my cut and color, and i'm always very pleased with what she does. I would highly reccomend her and make sure you ask for her when you go to Brocato's!
