Horrible Customer Service. I love the furniture in this store, but would never go back again due to the horrible customer service. I ordered a piece of furniture that had a significant blemish in the finish and the one of the owners, Lee, asked if I would consider exchanging it for the floor model. I said "sure" so long as the floor model was in good condition. When I drove 30 minutes to the store to see the floor model, it had nicks all over it. An employee proceeded to bust out his trusty paint pen to paint in the indents in the wood. I told him that I was NOT going to take that piece. Lee said, very reluctantly, that they would order a new piece for me. When I drove another 30 minutes to pick up the piece, Lee HAD THE NERVE TO PASS OFF THE FIRST CHAIR THAT I RETURNED WITH THE BLEMISH PAINTED OVER WITH A PAINT PEN!!! I could not believe this! I lost my cool after that and they just kept saying, "We ordered you a new one!" I told them to really order a new one this time and to deliver it to my house. This time, Steve, the other owner delivered two to me and let me have my choice of which one I wanted. This time the chairs were actually new and not passed off rejects. If it hadn't been for the fact that I loved that chair, I would have told them to shove the chair up their rear!
