Terrible Customer Service.
After years of ordering from Rita's. My loyalty is gone. My last two orders taken by someone with the poorest customer service skills.
I placed my order. Hung up. Realized what wsa said to me (and what wasn't) and immediately called back to cancel the order!
Rita's has the worst customer service.
It doesn't matter what product you sell. If you can't do it with a smile you should get out of the business.
