I would not recommend Doctor's Visionworks in Owings Mills. Although the person who helped with the glasses was good, the front desk staff was uninviting and didn't seem to care whether I was there or not. They spent more time talking and laughing with each other rather than asking me what I needed. The quality of the glasses and my experience was poor. I purchased all the upgrades and in less than a week my new glasses were scratched. Visionworks was unwilling to stand by their sub-standard product and said that the glasses were "scratch resistant" not "scratch proof". I wish they would have said that before I paid to upgrade to what they said was their best. They refused to replace the lens. That's fine...I won't be back.

Very Good..but could be Great!. Friendly great people!

Eye docters great!

Only improvement needed is they need software to assist them in being faster in the ordering process.

Other then that-awesome!

POOR WORKMANSHIP NO QUALITY UNTRAINED STAFF. WHEIN I COMPLAINED ABOUT FIT I WAS TOLD TO "GET USED TO IT"
