Before even visiting, front desk "assistant" gave me a hard way to go. A young lady name Stephanie was extremely rude and I will no longer provide Ulery with my business. After finding a much better and preferred Oral Surgeon Office, I am advising everyone to NOT work with Ulery Dental in Pasadena due to the attitude given and poor treatment. I have also visited the Ulery Dental in Laurel, and although they did a bad job cleaning up, staff was much better and very kind. I have been in contact with Ulery Dental plenty of times to schedule appointments Stephanie is the most disrespectful assistant I've ever dealt with. Not only was she rude with me, but she was also rude with my mother who also called to schedule an appointment and receive information on insurance. She tries to rush you off the phone without even answering your questions, and other staff memembers there just transfer you to her when they either don't know the answer or they will never come back to the phone after placing you on hold. Worst Experience Ever! There are plenty of other offices that provide wonderful service all around but this is far from that. Please do your research and read reviews before going to this place!

Awesome root canal. Today I had to get my first root canal. I am the biggest baby ever. Dr. Steinberg had the best bed side manner. Not only was he super nice and funny but he made me feel so comfortable I almost didn't even realize I was getting a root canal done. Dr. Steinberg even called me later that night to see how I was feeling. I would recommend anyone that is in need of an awesome Dr. to do your root canal go to Dr. Steinberg. I feel like I should send the man some extra money or something for taking such good care of me!!!!!

Ulery Dental Local and Corporate are incompetent. They've billed me incorrectly three times over the last two years. They just came back over three months after a procedure and said we owe an additional $700. Several of the personnel in the office and at their corporate headquarters are downright rude. The dentistry practiced there is average at best.

I'm moving on to another dentist!

The Caring Staff At Ulery Dental Gives Great Comprehensive Care!. The Dentist at Ulery Dental seemed very straight forward. I had recieved a thorough treatment plan. The fees for service seemed very reasonble. I also felt confident with the staff. The hygienist does an excellant job! I recommend them to anyone!

Ulery Dental Cares only about $$$$$$$$$. This personnel at Ulery Dental are about as cold as a graveyard. No personalities. If you disagree with them, or cannot afford their charges, they look at you like, Oh well, don't come here then. They could at least refer you to a place where maybe you could afford.
