Bad Customer Service.
I have been banking with MECU for awhile. It has a lot of drawbacks.
My wallet got stolen recently and I found it impossible to get anyone on the phone after-hours, since they shutdown early. They don't have an emergency number for situations like this.
Also it is hard to get customer service people on the phone in general during normal business hours!
I would recommend just going with an online bank.
