Horrible for non-smokers. I reserved a non-smoking room. When I entered the room, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I complained twice that day, and after each time they claimed it was cleaned. But it wasn't. I ended up sleeping while having my throat and eyes sting. In addition, the sink was broken and wasn't fixed after I reported it. When I checked out, I asked about compensation, and received sass from the desk worker, giving several excuses and saying that the staff didn't smell anything (the staff told us they smelled it). The small amount of compensation did not make up for this experience.
