I've been a long time customer at Domani. I have been a customer at Domani and have never had any issues. I also have referred many of my co-workers to Victoria. The staff is friendly and my color always looks great. It's unfortunate the complaints that are posted below. I am amazed at what people have stated and find it very hard to believe. I will continue going to Victoria as I have been for six years.…
HUGE SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE COUPONS FOR THIS SALON.
This salon is run by a con artist!! They sell "coupons" on living social and groupon and then they do not accept the coupons. I have already warned both sites about this. Not sure if anything is
being done.
The manager is extremely rude and lies to customers that there are sewage problems or that their "ONE" pedicure chair is broken, then does not even seemed phased when she gets caught in the lie. I have never had such an awful experience with any facility. Unbelievable.

Great Salon!. Amazing wax service! Victoria was amazing with my brazilian wax. She took her time and was so thorough and it was quite painless. She was very sweet and really did a wonderful job.
Good customer service, good value and quality!. I went to this salon yesterday. I called at the last minute, and they got me in right away. I had a highlight and cut. They were pretty busy, but they worked me in between customers. My hair looks very good. I was expecting the price to be high, but was surprised when I paid at the counter. I can come here and get my hair done more often at that price.…

I like this Salon. I have been going there since the winter. Victoria has always done a GREAT job with my hair, she is fast and very professional. No complaints there. I have used other salons in the
area for color and haircut and Domani has the best prices. Everyone is friendly, the owner is always therea and she is a nice lady.
However I do agree that they need to improve on their customer service. It's almost impossible to get a hold of them over the phone and they never return calls. They do give me courtesy reminder calls though.…
