I would NOT recommend Domani and am kinda upset that Groupon and Living Social continues to allow them to advertise these so called deals and then you can never get an appt, there are always excuses. I know exactly how Abbabba feels, as her experience mirrors mine. Why are you allowed to sell 1500 deals when you know you can only provide service to 350? My issues were that they would call and CANCEL my appt at the last minute claiming that the estitician didn't show up or quit her job or one excuse after another. I think they were cancelling those with groupons appts to make room for customers who were willing to pay full price. I could never get them to answer the phone and told the owner I would never be back. Kinda annoyed to see they are still pulling the same scams two years later. People need to take a moment and investigate these places offering deals, because if you never get to use them or the business never answers the phone, its not much of a deal.

I've been a long time customer at Domani. I have been a customer at Domani and have never had any issues. I also have referred many of my co-workers to Victoria. The staff is friendly and my color always looks great. It's unfortunate the complaints that are posted below. I am amazed at what people have stated and find it very hard to believe. I will continue going to Victoria as I have been for six years.

HUGE SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE COUPONS FOR THIS SALON. This salon is run by a con artist!! They sell "coupons" on living social and groupon and then they do not accept the coupons. I have already warned both sites about this. Not sure if anything is being done.

The manager is extremely rude and lies to customers that there are sewage problems or that their "ONE" pedicure chair is broken, then does not even seemed phased when she gets caught in the lie. I have never had such an awful experience with any facility. Unbelievable.

Do NOT BUY THEIR SO CALLED "DEALS"

Great Salon!. Amazing wax service!

Victoria was amazing with my brazilian wax. She took

her time and was so thorough and it was quite painless. She was very sweet and really did a wonderful job.

Good customer service, good value and quality!. I went to this salon yesterday. I called at the last minute, and they got me in right away. I had a highlight and cut. They were pretty busy, but they worked me in between customers. My hair looks very good. I was expecting the price to be high, but was surprised when I paid at the counter. I can come here and get my hair done more often at that price.

It's good .... I like this Salon. I have been going there since the winter. Victoria has always done a GREAT job with my hair, she is fast and very professional. No complaints there. I have used other salons in the area for color and haircut and Domani has the best prices. Everyone is friendly, the owner is always therea and she is a nice lady.

However I do agree that they need to improve on their customer service. It's almost impossible to get a hold of them over the phone and they never return calls. They do give me courtesy reminder calls though.

Love This Place. I love this place, everything from the amazingly friendly people that work here, to the location, it's just a great salon all round. The stylists here are always great and listen to what I'm looking for before they even begin working on me.

Not just another Salon. I hated the thought of changing salons, but my stylist just wasn't giving me what I wanted anymore. I tried Domani and I must say I am happy with my hair again. The salon is pretty and clean. The people are great. The service is very good.

Great Customer service. I recently went to domani. I loved my services.The staff are all so nice and attentive. Joanna gives a very good massage. Victoria gave me the best haircut I have had in years. I really liked this salon. I called last minute they were able to fit me right in.
