You get what you pay for. You get what you pay for. I suppose if you live in subsidized housing, you can't expect much. But you can expect SOMETHING, right? The front office staff is horrible. The phone line is off 75% of the time & the admin office (which already has inconvenient hours) closes early almost EVERY TIME I go down there. They take forever to get paperwork done for you, the maintenance phone line is also off most of the time (forcing you to leave a message on the emergency maintenance line during regular business hours), the maintenance staff takes forever to get things done, residents are loud and blast music in their cars as they drive by at all hours of the night, and when you complain to Edgewood Management Corp (the company who owns Windsor Valley) about it, you'll talk to a guy named Terrence Kelley who does nothing but make excuses for these losers. Don't move here.

On the bright side, it is clean & pest-free, & obviously affordable.

Lifes Good. This is the cheapest place I could find to rent, and totally the most spacious. The only place I could afford, but that didn't mean I had to move somewhere not nice. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I really like it here and even though I will be buying a home soon, I tell all my friends about here.

Family oriented community. As we all know some of our Maryland counties can be highly expensive, but I have recently moved to Harford County and I am renting these town homes which are very inexpensive and so are all others that are around. They are located close to shopping malls, strip malls, outlets, schools, and libraries. I love it out here. The neighborhood is pretty decent and family oriented. The only thing that turns me off is the kids in the neighborhood in the streets all over. But other than that it has been okay so far, it's been less than a year since I have been here so who know. I have a three bedroom and it is pretty spacious. The people in the office are so cool. No attitudes or nothing, very friendly. Oh yeah, and of course the first thing I had to find out was about the crittrer situation and they do not have any, which makes me soooo happy, I am very frighten of them. I moved from Prince George's County and was living in a one bedroom apartment and I am paying less now than before. The area all around Harford county is beautiful off the water and they give you many family things in the community to do, like concerts and boat rides, all that good stuff. At the libraries they have story-time for kids, where someone come in and read to the kids. I love it :)
