Yikes!. Was recommended to me - I guess she is good with modern clothes. She ripped the lace on my grandmothers dress on purpose (multiple times) to demonstrate the poor quality due to age. Even if it is not usable, it still has sentimental value, don't go around ripping it! She acted like she was doing me a huge favor offering to attempt to work on my dress some time in the future. I do not plan to go back.
