Best Dance store in the area. Took my girls to get dance shoes and supplies and was a very pleasant experience. The two owners were very helpful and knowledgeable. We told them where the girls dance and they knew exactly what they needed. They were exceptional and made the trip an easy one...will definately be shopping here from now on....they have a large selection and were even willing to order if we wanted something they did not have. I reccommend this store completely.

Nice helpful ladies. The owners are nice...one perhaps better with people than the other. The store is very open to ordering things that are not in stock, carrying items by brands they don't have yet. There is also sometimes a discount for buying over a certain dollar amount.

great place for dance items. Salespeople are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They had list from all the different schools. Helped to make sure we purchased the right items. Made the whole task so much easier.

Friendly sales help. The ladies took over an hour with my daughter. They went over how to put the shoes on, how to take care of them and made sure my daughter understood everything about how she was being fit. They then sewed the ribbon and elastics and taught her how to keep them. They actually agreed to stay after hours so that we could get there.

10 days = 2 months. We ordered shoes from them in December. They said they would take 10 days. This was great because the first competition wasn't for 6 weeks. They took our $20 deposit. When the 10 days were up, we called over and over again asking about the shoes. The answer was always the same: they'll be here any day now. When we asked when they would ship, they said, we'll have to get back to you, but they never got back to us. Two months later (2 weeks after the first competition), they finally called to say that the shoes had arrived (fortunately we got them somewhere else). Now they insist on keeping our deposit, despite take 50 days longer than they said and repeated phone calls. We'll never shop there again.

Don't Shop Here!. Horrible customer service...when my family and I walked in, the 2 ladies behind the counter stopped talking to each other, looked at us then one turned to the other and said "ten minutes".

PUSHY associate. One came over to me and my daughter while we were looking at shoes and began hammering my nine year old with questions. We did not ask for help, she did not say 'excuse me' for interrupting our conversation and then when I answered her questions she stood waiting for my daughter to answer like she was paying. Then when I told her that my nine year old wore a 4 and a half - the idiot said 'in children's?"

No, in toddlers. Does she work in a store that sells shoes ALL DAY, EVERY DAY or not????

Will never go back.
