Salespeople are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They had list from all the different schools. Helped to make sure we purchased the right items. Made the whole task so much easier.

Friendly sales help

The ladies took over an hour with my daughter. They went over how to put the shoes on, how to take care of them and made sure my daughter understood everything about how she was being fit. They then sewed the ribbon and elastics and taught her how to keep them. They actually agreed to stay after hours so that we could get there.

10 days = 2 months

We ordered shoes from them in December. They said they would take 10 days. This was great because the first competition wasn't for 6 weeks. They took our $20 deposit. When the 10 days were up, we called over and over again asking about the shoes. The answer was always the same: they'll be here any day now. When we asked when they would ship, they said, we'll have to get back to you, but they never got back to us. Two months later (2 weeks after the first competition), they finally called to say that the shoes had arrived (fortunately we got them somewhere else). Now they insist on keeping our deposit, despite take 50 days longer than they said and repeated phone calls. We'll never shop there again.
