Upscale Hair & Nails is fantastic. I love Upscale Hair and Nails. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have my hair styled by Tasha ans Nikki and I am always more than satisfied. I get compliments all the time. They work fast and efficiently as well. I would recommend them…
