Nice, friendly staff at the salon. FABULOUS haircut by Darian. Seriously. He knows about cutting thick, wavy/curlyish hair, and I always walk out feeling like a million bucks!

I have been going to the spa for several years and I have always enjoyed my experience there with Theodora and Yelena. Zina ALWAYS makes me feel comfortable and makes sure that I am satisfied with the service. Highly recommend this salon.

BEST SPA EVER! i have been going to zinas for a couple years now . i wont go anywhere else but there. brittany is the only person who touches my hair i dont even have to tell her what to do and she makes it looks fabulous everytime. she can always get me in within a day or too after i call. all the employees are very professional and polite. carly, the receptionist is always very helpful when i call and is always happy with a smile on her face when i go in. amber the manager will go out of her way to make you happy and get you everything you need. i always have to take my kid with me and everyone there always makes sure shes occupied too which is going above and beyond. i had her hair cut today and she has a big poofy curly tangled mess which i had to cut myself but i had brittany even it up for me . usually my child screams the whole time she gets her hair cut but she barely even cried with brittany. all of the hair stylist there are perfectionist and are very involved in their work. everyone i know goes there!! i highly reccomend zinas!

Thank you Darian for getting my hair the perfect tints and shades of reds and fixing the mohawk. I adore the cut, so simple and easy to take care of. Considering hes the only person Ive let cut my hair other than my adopted mom in close to five years, you can say Im thrilled. Will definitely be making future appointments with him <3

A simply euphoric experience. I can see my Alan again!. Ive had women tell me...don't you feel weird having a male massage therapist? No, I tell them. Not at all. He couldn't make me feel more at ease and he has strong hands . I get a lot of knots and love a deep tissue. There's a reason he has been best of Baltimore twice and told me they are writing an article about him in STYLE. ( i'm not surprised ) I was worried when Spa Sante closed where he worked before but glad he didn't go far and I can still get my massages. Couldn't go to anyone else. He also does amazing Reiki that helped me tremendously when my mother died.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!. I had my first experience here today! I had a Brazilian Wax done. I was nervous because I had never had one before! I had read some of the previous reviews on here and their were more good then bad so I figured I give it a try. The owner talked to me this morning and gave em an appointment. She placed me with a woman name Theodora. At the start I arrived an hour early (I went from work). After coming in I was offered a glass of wine, I do not drink so I declined. They offered me water, tea or coffee...they wanted to make sure I was happy! Then I met Theodora. A very nice girl! She made me feel completely comfortable. (I am a bit of a bigger girl, so I was very self conscious. She never made me feel like she was looking at me in a way that made me uncomfortable. She always kept asking if I was okay and wanted to make sure my experience was good. It did not hurt, and she made me laugh quite a few times! I had an amazing experience! Will Definitely return!!!! A+++++

do NOT go to this salon.. Why is this salon even still OPEN? it is HORRIBLE. This is honestly the worst salon I've ever been to. The staff are rude and the actual owner tries to force you to buy their products. I scheduled a hair appointment and when I got there, not only was my appointment not in the book (i had called two days before to book one), but they got frustrated with ME like i was inconveniencing them. you could blatantly hear staff talking about customers, saying nasty things, and how they lie to get people to buy their products to make money. i eventually ended up walking out after waiting for half an hour for someone to cut my hair. this salon is so unprofessional and horrible. please don't go here. i don't even know how they stay in business. i suggest you do not use their services, as you will be charged ridiculous amounts for horrible and unprofessional service. while waiting, i heard the owner tell the receptionist to LIE to customers calling about a certain service. there was another woman waiting near me and looked at each other with wide eyes. when i did leave, the receptionist rolled her eyes at me. i thought i was in a nightmare. disgusting people, awful place. DO NOT go here.

RED!!! Thank you Darian!. Finally someone who will do what I ask for my hair! Someone who hears 'red like a traffic light' and gives me exactly that. He does lots of non wild colours and awesome cuts too though, I've seen plenty of his work, and plenty of big smiles walking out of his chair.

Oh so relaxing!. My best friend and I spent girl time and getting one that was great and affordable was important to us. Zina's Day Spa made that possible! We will definitely be back!
