Terrible Experience. I have been going to this spa for many years now and the quality of service has been conciderably declining. They apparently lost some good nail technicians and whatever is left is very, very poor. I would not recommend the place at this time. I just had a pedicure done, and the guy (his "spa name" is Tri) left out the foot massage, trimmed my nails crooked and painted my nails worse than I would do it myself (which is pretty bad) while he was speaking in a foreign tongue on the cell phone throughout the whole process. He was very rough and impatient with me. And he kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes to even start the pedicure. When I complained to the manager, she asked me to wait for the next available nail tech and after half an hour or so of waiting I just gave up. No one really tried to apologize. They charged the full price. Very poor work ethics. Will not go there again.
