Next Day Blinds

Next Day Blinds. The wood-weave blinds we ordered 6 years ago from Next Day Blinds for our living and dining rooms still look and function great. The new honeycomb blinds and roman shade we just purchased look great and we had excellent service from the sales, measuring, and installation staff. We ran into problems with the window treatment we ordered for our sliding glass door - the product was not right for our door. NDB went the extra mile and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the entire order.…

Next Day Blinds. I had a very smooth and friendly experience with the company. I was stuck not knowing the blinds I had, that I needed to match. The shop-at-home service rep. determined that for me and explained that I'd be better off ordering in-store or online since my order was small.

The order in the stroe went fast, and was ready for pickup considerably sooner than promised.

In all phases of this communication was complete and timely...what you's expect but so rare these days!

I did not comparison shop so I can't comment on pricing, but it seemed fair.…

Next Day Blinds. We had such a great experience with Next Day Blinds. The designer came, Richard, to our home and helped up pick out a look that worked. He was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. They were quick and easy. When the installers came out a week later to put them in, the guy noticed a tiny difference on one of the slats and sent an order in to fix it. That was fixed within a couple days. They were so thorough and wonderful. We love them and can't wait to do our next project with them.…
