Yes, I agree the staff is rude and not too bright(especially front/check out) They are FAR from "high class at this location. Women Beware: It's my opinion now(after being informed by previous worker) that some of the massage therepist are allowed to" Fake Flirt/Fake Flatter Women" JUST FOR MONEY- HOW CHEAP! Yes, being pampered and treated "Special" is part of their job- BUT NOT FLIRTING FOR TIPS/CLIENTS. The massage was great, there was no need for him to think to keep me, he would have to sell myself short.Being single, I found him smart and attractive and took a chance and gave him my number(because he acted single). ---Then, come to find out-he was ENGAGED TO MY STYLIST-SO I HAD TO WORRY SHE KNEW I GAVE HER FINANCE MY PHONE NUMBER-If he hadn't made INNUENDOES WITH ME-this awkward position would never had happen. Anyway, she was clueless or has to accept this MESS from him for some reason. ---I don't accept this B.S. from anyone- Because It causesd me to possibly loss a hair dresser.'How could she not know? Maybe, she thinks a normal part of his job-But GROSS! How awkward for me! Now image: Would he had said the same thing that he said to me(hot young women) to an older women" I could use my "other body part's" for a 5 hours massage".--It was a flirting innueondo. Wouldn't he explain"which body parts" to an older women, who could have been offended.?? Yes, I could forgive Natural Attraction(made judgement) but I lost my hairdresser and my intelligence as a Women was insulted, because really he was just being a giggalo(for money) I contacted the corp.office and hopefully they will respect my request for refund. -And requested an apology- "I don't have to pay anyone for Flattery or for them to want to "use their other body parts on me!, I'm a beautiful smart girl, not one of those twits that work at that salon. They need to earn their money honestly. His name was Erick Busick, I'm not sure how the other massage therapist behave. Save your money.

Pros: Easy parking, relaxing upstairs

Cons: staff tries to hussle women for money, not so bright staff.

--My Take Is....BETTER TO DEAL WITH COMPUTER for prices, THAN THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK-THE COMPUTER IS SMARTER THAN SOME! While some of them are welcoming and somewhat polite,half are act ignorant. ---OK, OK, I know ---Your'e TRYING(trying)TO BE a HIGH END SALON: I GET IT, but LORD do yourselves a favor and SMILE ONCE IN A WHILE....Keeps you looking younger and might/just might make your people a little bit more ATTRACTIVE. I mean, isn't this the BEAUTY BUSINESS? Try to smile. Especially what looked like the manager, this dude actually was nice ONCE(I mean ONCE) Please just let go and smile, it's hilarious. And I found a nice styist, Stephanie colored my hair, it's look awesome. Normally, I don't take time to write reviews but Stephanie is nice and colored my hair good, I want everyone to know how much I appreciate her being so nice and taking time. It can be scary getting dark hair lightened and this time is looks GREAT! My hair feels even Softer and Sexier than ever! Whatever products(hair color) Plus, I am letting it grow longer and she didn't want to chop it off. The Biggest Pro: Upstairs Staff is Warm and Professional. It's MY FAVORITE AREA, it is quiet and the staff is Nice and does a good job. Ema styled my brows and, it has been a few years since I found someone that actually keeps my brows LOOKING NATURAL AND GORGEOUS-not to be a snob, but my brows look Hot! ---I would recommend Ema to everyone and plan to return for a FACIAL WITH HER, She was sooo nice and helpful, Thanks again Ema. (Just wish the upstairs had it's own entrance and I would skip that misable check in experience) For being so wanna be trendy, it isn't keeping up with the Times. Customers want to unwind/enjoy/have fun, Natural(not Fake )is more appealing! Earthy is more in right now, people want to relax and enjoy natural surroundings. Management: You make money so use it:redecorate.
