The store's customer service is very bad.. The store's pick up system and the assistant store manager Walt are very bad. They told me my order has been lost because the order is very expensive. And they still sent me an email to inform me to pick up. When I arrived, they told me my order is not there which wasted my gas and time. The store assistant manager never gave me any apology and compensation for their mistake. They have very bad manners and I hope this store close as soon as possible.
