nail rip off. Attending a conference and thought I would treat myself and a friend to a mani/pedi. We were in and out of there in less than an hour and was charged 30 dollars extra for a deluxe pedi that I never received, and for a nail repair for my friend that was never asked for. My polish was put on so fast and only two coats, my manicurist never bothered to clean the edges of any spilt polish. she was also very careless while trimming my nails and nicked me a couple of times. She even colored my toes with my sandals back on my feet, when I asked for a pair of slippers, she just shook her head. I would not reccommend this salon to anyone staying in the Baltimore Harbor area. Its sad that this place is part of the mall. Service is lousy, shop is filthy, the workers eat in the store and give themselves mani/pedis while customers are there, very unprofessional.

Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors. Mall-based full-service nail salon offers manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics and custom airbrush designs.

Avoid at all time. Visiting from out of town, I thought I would treat myself to a fullset at this salon. Not only could the service rep

who assisted me not be licensed, he was as rude as management was. My set came our horrible, the nail tips were too small, he did not file the acrylics down properly and the polish was messy and old. We were rushed thru our manicures, never directed to the nail drying station and when I complained, the rep who did my nails went on to argue with me and basically show zero customer service skills. The whole time they were yapping in their language which would make any customer feel uncomfortable. The manager was docile and didn't have anything to say until my girlfriends stepped in to say give me a refund. He then proceeded to have another rep fix the horrible job. Three other customers, not including my two unsatisfied girlfriends were also complaining about the service, polish, and nasty unkept manicures they received.

Do not go here! Pedicure/Manicure is Horrible. I took my sister here for a pedicure as a thank you for visiting me, it would have been a !00% better if I had just given her a pedicure myself, as the service was horrible, they didn't really scrub her feet, they used really cheap quality products and then the polish job was done so quickly that the polish was chipping the next day! To top it off, they didn't even show us to the drying area, and my sister's nailpolish rubbed of a bit, and we came back to ask them to correct it, the lady was very mean...and finally I grabbed the bottle and had to correct it for my sister. I would not recommend this place, even if you are desperate...I would just do it myself. Lazy Service...and horrible quality of products.

Not Clean would definately NOT RECOMMEND. This has got to be one of the dirtiest manicure shops I have ever been to. I don't think it's ever been properly cleaned, as evidenced by (among other filth) the thick layer of dust that is in the closed case that houses the nail polish. I would be very hesitant to have them use any of their tools (cuticle or nail clippers) as one would have no idea if and/or when they were cleaned last.

Terrible for waxes. Nail Trix offers full waxing services that I do not recommend at all. Their private room for waxing is not clean and they do not have a sanitary surface for the client to sit on. The room is designed such that when the waxer leaves the room the entire salon and part of the Galleria mall gets a glimpse of the client. The wax itself was more painful than necessary. They kept re-waxing areas to the point that my skin ripped. I ended up with a two inch skin tear that I actually had to go see the doctor for.

friendly service, but not quality service. I don't usually post a rating on City Search. I didn't use City Search to find this salon, it's in a very convenient location (THe Gallery mall across the street from inner harbor). The staff was friendly and polite, but the $12 manicure was sub par. The polish chipped the next day, after two days, the polish was chipped on more than one nail, after three days, my polish was chipped off of all of my nails and the cracking polish was showing gray lines. The polish came in an OPI bottle, but it was thick and not OPI quality. It has been less than a week since I got my manicure there and my cuticles and they are torn and fraying.
