Best place in Baltimore hands down, and I have tried them all!! I have had virtually every service by many of the stylists-including the owner and my fragile hair has never looked better! I moved out of the city, and it is totally worth the drive-will never ever go elsewhere.

I have been going to Kristin for about 12 years now. She is the absolute best and Bella is a picture perfect example of what a high-end salon should be. You will not be disappointed with Kristin and her amazing staff! Highly recommend this wonderful salon.

Kristen and Bella are awesome! Im visitng the D.C. area from North Carolina and wanted to get my color done while in town. I searched for places in D.C., but decided to make the drive up to Baltimore and go to Bella. I lived in Baltimore years ago and had great experiences at Bella with Kristen, the owner, then.

I am so thankful that I decided to make the drive (even after sitting in unexplained traffic in the middle of the afternoon) to Bella.

I haven't loved my color this much in years - maybe ever - and I've been getting my hair colored for 25 years! Kristen did an amazing job of seeing where my hair was, listening to what I liked and what I wanted different, making suggestions of her own, and then creating the perfect color for me!

I love it so much that I will try to time my coloring to when Ill be back in D.C.!

Kristen Chandler and Bella are wonderful!. I have been Kristen's client for over 10 years. She does a fabulous job. My hair looks great leaving the salon, and grows out so well, I unfortunately don't see her many times a year because my hair holds the cut so well for many months. She is the real deal, and the salon staff is very friendly and accomodating!

The BEST Hair Salon in Baltimore!. If you want great hair color that's matched to your skin color and looks natural, a great haircut and a blow out that rocks, go to Bella Hair Salon in Canton. I have been going there since the salon opened 10 years ago. I would trust my hair to any of the stylists there and love, love, love the owner Kristen. She is so knowledgeable about hair and knows how to style your hair, whether it be thick or thin, to achieve it's utmost potential. If you don't visit Bella, your making a huge mistake!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. i can't say enough good things about bella. i have been going to kristen, the owner, for about 8 years. kristen is an AMAZING hair artist. i never have to worry about her, she has magic scissors and i always leave loving my haircut. kristen takes her time in figuring out what she wants to do, but once she's on a roll, i just sit back and watch. i have been medium, short, very short. she even makes growing your hair out cute, and i have VERY THICK, and curly hair. no one else has ever been able to cut my hair worth a damn. i swear, i don't know what i would do without my kristen. she always makes me feel beautiful. i always always recommend Bella to everyone who compliments my hair, and i get a LOT of complements. thanks bella!! keep doing what you're doing.

Baltimore's best hair salon. Bella is tucked away on Boston Street, right next to Bay Cafe. I've been going here since I moved to Baltimore in 2003. Having grown up in NY (think City), my expectations of a hair salon are rather high. The talented staff at Bella blows away every salon in NY. Although I swear by Kristen, the owner, all of the ladies there are impressive and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend. Leaving Baltimore is not an option for me unless I can take this salon with me.

Best in Baltimore, without a doubt!. I LOVE Bella of Canton! I have been going to Kristen, the owner, for years, and she never disappoints. She is a perfectionist in everything she does, including the people she hires. I would feel comfortable going to anyone there. I’ve seen their work, and this is an impressive group of people. It’s no wonder this salon is consistently named one of the best in Baltimore. I live in Federal Hill and happily cross the pond to Canton. The private parking is a perk, and the salon setting is so picturesque. From my chair, I can watch the boats in the harbor or just close my eyes and chill out with a glass of wine. Even though I have been going there for years, Kristen always takes the time to ask questions and talk to me about what I want and what she has in mind.

I've never written an on-line review before, but this is a good time to start. I can't say enough good things about these folks. If you haven’t been to Bella, give it a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Bella ROCKS!!!. Bella lives up to all the Hype - Baltimore's Best Hair Salon (multiple years!!!). I recommend Bella to everyone. I have been a a happily returning client for several years. I've previously scheduled appointments with Mya, Andrea and Kristen (just to name a few) and always received superb haircuts, highlights and service . Because all the stylist are so talanted and knowlegable when I make appointments I just request whoever is available on the day and time that I can come in for a haircut etc. During my most recent visit, August 18, 2009, I was scheduled for a consultation with Olga and Kristen to create a new look. Kristen and Olga really listened to my concerns and ideas about what I wanted my "new look" to express. Needless to say, after listening to thier assessments of my hair and facial features and their recommendations on colour and hairstyle (taking my ideas into consideration) I just smiled and said "sounds good to me!!" Can I just say I LOVE MY NEW LOOK!!!!

Bella's atmosphere is really relaxing. The complimentary drinks, snacks and beautiful water views also help to ease the mood . The staff are really friendly and engaging. They also do a great job shaping and waxing my eyebrows. If anyone wants a terrific haircut, highlights etc. then go to Bella ,,,,,,,,Baltimore's Best Hair Salon!!!!!

Never go here!!!. I went to this salon becuase it was very close to my home. I set up a consultation on a Monday to have a colorist show me what we can do with my hair in order to go from brown to blonde. She told me we would do a lot of highlights and lighten the brown to a shade lighter. Well when I came in for my apt on Wednesday I was there from 5:30-8:00pm (the whole time with foils on my head) because it took the colorist so long to do. She even left me in the middle of foiling to give someone else a consultation. Meanwhile only 1/2 my hair wasin the foil. I had bleach on the bottom section of my hair for 2.5 hours!! Needless to say, that hair turned white and fried. She only left the foils on the top of my head for about 15 minutes, so the outcome was ORANGE hair on top, white and green hair at the bottom! I left the salon with wet hair because she charged extra to dry it, when I got home I dryed it and I was shocked to see the outcome. I called the very next morning and tried to get a refund, and I was denied. I was told to come back in and have her fix it, I was leaving that night for a wedding the next day and did not have time to fix it! So I was charged $135 for two toned fried hair that still to this day breaks off like underwear elastic when I run my fingers through it. I had to pay $200 at another salon for corrective color the day of the wedding so I didn't look like a freak in church! The colorist had no idea what she was doing, she should have told me if she thought she was not able to take me from brown to blonde she should not have attempted to do it. It looked like a 13 year old put "SUN IN' in my hair! I am still trying to dispute the charges on my card with my bank!
