No good for large groups. The service was horrible. Our reservations were for a Saturday night, the downstairs restaraunt and bar were not very busy; there were maybe 10 other guests total. Despite the relatively few customers seated near our party, it took nearly 2 hours from the time we ordered for everyone to get their meals. During the 2 hours of waiting, we were basically ignored; several people went to the bar just to order drinks and have their water refilled. After about 1.5 hours of waiting, our server finally brought us some pita on-the-house. Of course this is after we asked for some bread since we were all starving. When the meals finally did arrive, some were already cold and 2 meals in the group didn't arrive until 30 minutes after everyone else's food. The manager did comp the 2 meals that arrived late and some of our alcohol, however this was after we asked to speak to him to let him know how horrible or experience was. In addition to the slow service and unattentive wait staff, the temperature inside the restaraunt was sweltering. I don't know if the AC was broken or just not on, but despite the open windows at the bar, there was no draft moving into the dining area and it was uncomfortably warm. Although the food was good, based on the customer service, I would definitely not recommend this restaraunt and certainly will never go back.

I'm In Love!. This restaurant was so nice! I went to celebrate my birthday with my sisters on a Friday night and we had the best dining experience ever. Everthing we ordered was delicious. I mean even the water was good. I had the Guiness Steak and it was so tender and juicy and full of flavor. I highly recommend it along with the crab dip and crab cakes. Their crab cakes were nothing but lump crab meat with very little batter and I've had some bad experiences with crab cakes that were more like crab biscuits. The drinks were good and I also recommend the Red Fish Cosmo, which adds an interesting twist to the traditional one. The service was great. They had a live band playing which was nice. You have to go to this restaurant!

Horrible Experience at Sunday Brunch. We came in for brunch, which is a great deal....for $13.95 you get your meal and unlimited bloody marys or mimosas. The only problem was that every single order at our table was completely wrong, our bloody marys were warm, and it took 30 minutes to get waters and menus before ordering. The staff also said they're computer was down, which is why the service was so poor. I understand technology flaws, however, the computer has nothing to do with the lack of menus, waters, and the warm drinks. I was really disappointed, but the manager was very accommodating, taking 50% off our bill.

Wonderful food experience. Not particularly expensive. Service was excellent and attentive. Atmosphere is casual, which is fine for me, but couples looking for romantic settings will find it wanting. Food is wonderful. Good portions. Extremely well-executed. Desserts are great, too. One of our favorites in the city!

Very Romantic~. My husband and I ate here for our anniversary a few months ago and we've been back one more time since then. Each time we've gone has been a highly romantic and relaxing dining experience. The food was fantastic! (I dont know how people are writing bad reviews of this place- maybe they ordered the wrong thing??- if you want tuna make sure you order it RARE or its going to be dry no matter what- its tuna- some people just dont get it!) Great drinks too! The tuna appetizer was delicious. The food did not come out that quick and it is a bit pricey but worth it for a special occasion.
