Worst service I've ever experienced..
It really pains me to write this review. I've been a regular take-out customer of Thai Arroy, but unfortunately, I've recently had one of the worst possible customer service experiences such that I need to write this. The hostess / owner was ridiculously rude and made it a point to avoid our 2-person party eye contact as she seated 4 four-tops prior to this. Why? Profitability. I get it. I understand it's more profitable, but as I look around the dining room whilst waiting 45 min. and 4 groups get seated before our pair even though we were there waaaaay before them, I noticed there were 2 two-tops. And later when I told the hostess / owner re my frustration, her response was that she recognized that she intended to seat those 4-tops prior to us...and that she didn't care that we had to wait. I was sincere in my appreciation that it was a Sat. night, etc., but nonetheless, she was defensive when she should have had a shred of customer service. Even the wait stuff tried to rush our dinner order to get us out....even though we were entirely humble and non-complaining... it was all to turn tables. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED... (And, I've regularly dealt with terrible service...this was THE WORST!) While take-out is fine...DO NOT EAT IN THE DINING ROOM!!!!
