Recently turn 21 & this is wat i get!!. Mon 03/09/09 Me & my 'Sistah' first time bein @ the infamous CIBOS.. it was karaoke night n it was jumping ... but there wasnt a host @ the door to assist us to our seat we had to wait 7minutes, to get seated then once that was done the youngman who seated us said somebody would be with us n that was @ 10:50..nobody even acknownledge us we didnt get waited on untill 11:30(the muscle man said he didnt even know we were there) but overall the drink was nice n strong n the entertainment was gr8 but we went to fridays n ate n got gud service!!! imma need cibos to get it together bc that was our first time n i would love to go bck but with a bigger crowed n a lil earlier!!!

terrible service. My boyfriend and I thought Cibo looked great from the outside so we decided to have dinner there. We were informed by a guy working security that there was a private party and it would cost us $20 each to enter even after I informed them we only wanted dinner. As we were about to walk away, the manager stepped in and said we could come in without paying the $20.

The inside was nice...dim lights and a fun atmosphere. After waiting too long for someone to take our drink order, a guy who i'm sure was the busboy took our drink orders. After almost 15 minutes we recieved our alcoholic beverages, IN plastic cups! They said it was due to the private party going on, Meanwhile the place was almost empty.

After waiting even longer for our app and dinner orders to be taken, the busboy was back to take our orders. He didnt know much about the menu. We recieved our appetizer at the same time as our entrees. Mozz sticks were good, my chicken parm was average and my boyfriends cheesesteak was good. He had to send it back because they forgot all of the condiments. It looked like another 'security' guy that took the sub back to be corrected. He even had an attitude with my bf for asking for some lettuce, tomato and mayo!

On top of everything, they added 17% gratuity to our check. Not deserving at all. When we recieved our change, they still shorted us about 75 cents, We won't be going back.

very poor customer service. Made a reservation for a date on a Friday night got there and was told there would be a 20-30 minute wait because they were "too busy". Asked why they took my reservation and was told "I don't know". Asked to see a manager and waited 20 minutes and he or she never showed. Watched as there were 2 empty tables sitting there and we never were seated. Thanks for nothing except ruining my Friday night. NOT RECOMMENDED.
