Great food, service, and atmoshere but.... Great food, service and atmosphere but if you book a private party make sure you hold them to the contract as much as they'll hold you to it. Keep in mind any verbal promises will not be honored. By all means make sure your guest count is as accurate as possible because they will certainly charge you for that shortage. If a manager tells you that they will provide you with those dinners you'll be paying for anyway - don't believe him. Get it in writing as well. If they charge you for something they stated they wouldn't in the contract make sure they remove it. They will challenge you but hold them to it. I dropped some serious coin in this place and expected more - I guess I was wrong. Otherwise, have a good time.

Who gives them over 3 stars?????. I went to Blue Sea Grill last Saturday, and since I did not have much idea, I took a look this website... and pick that restaurant.... are you kidding me? We expected simple and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant when we saw it at outside cuz it does not have great looking at outside. When we entered, we can see the restaurant pretends to be upscale something.. but atmosphere is just middle or middle-high level restaurant one in NY.... even there was no seats w/o reservations, so we just sat, so-called, cocktail seats which are placed right side of stairs... during the dinner, we realized that dust from people who went up to 2nd fl. easily was going to our food!! Now, food!! We ordered 2 appetizers and 1 main dish since we do not eat that much at all. $12 cocktail shrimp dish carried only 4 shripms, and $14 fish cake was finished only 5 bites, and $28 seabass filet size was only 2" x 2" x 5". Taste? I would give more points to Blue Water Grill in NYC even about freshness!! So, we order one more appetizer which was some sort of steamer collectors, but we just laughed when we found out that they cut one scallop to 3 pieces... OMG!!! Service? I do not want to say anything about this restaurant.... GUYS!! MUST GO TO MO'S RESTAURANT!! That place is not that fancy and does not provides great service at all, but ar least they have correct food, taste, and price!!

Great atmosphere, Awesome Food. GREAT FOOD AND AWESOME ATMOSPHERE. THERE IS A BLUE GLOW IN THE WHOLE PLACE. WENT THERE FOR DINNER WITH 4 OTHER GIRLFRIENDS OF MINE. WE ORDERED SOME APPETIZERS THAT WERE ALL SO GOOD BUT NOTHING COMPARED TO THE TUNA ENTREE I HAD!!! IT WAS SO FRESH AND CAME WITH A GREAT LITTLE SLAW LIKE SALAD AND REALLY GOOD SWEET AND SPICY SAUCE. A COUPLE OF THE GIRLS HAD FILET MIGNON AND SAID IT WAS GREAT TOO. DEFINITELY MY NEW GO TO PLACE IN BALTIMORE FOR A MORE UPSCALE FEEL. A BIT PRICEY BUT COMPLETELY WORTH IT.

Suspicious rating. Careful: one of the HIGH ratings sounds as if it was written by the GM (General Mgr) himself. You memorize all the staff's names...your adjectives sound like menu descriptions...etc. Hmmmm.

Their slogan says it all--Cool, Fresh, Raw. We had an awesome time at Blue Sea! The happy hour at the bar with Lindsey was exceptional with mini appetizers--from fresh oysters to coconut shrimp and a very tasty ceviche to half price drinks--just begging us to look at the entire menu.

Our server Suzanne was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all of the food and we ordered based on her recommendations alone-the Blue Sea steamer, the bronzini whole fish and the bouillabaisse and, of course, their lobster mac n cheese! We could tell she loved this food because it wasn't even the most expensive like some recommendations are. She even paired each of our courses up with a wine that matched perfectly! When it came time for dessert their chocolate torte was to die for-rich, velvty smoothness--exactly like our server said, "SINFUL". Even their coffee was excellent-FRENCH PRESS!! We got a chance to meet chef Fabio and could see his passion-both in person and on our plates. We cannot wait to go again and bring family and friends! This place excels in great wine, great food, and great service. We felt like we were the only ones in there because of all the teamwork--from the hostess Ashley and bartender Lindsey to our server Suzanne and the rest of the staff (other servers, the busser and even the food runner) to chef Fabio and the manager Michael. If you want the best seafood and the best wine and the best service you HAVE to come to Blue Sea Grill!!!
