Great Experience

Loved it! Loved it! LOVED IT! All I've been looking for is a stylist to be creative and make me look beautiful...not much to ask for....I've been to a few salons and no one would get creative....I've found a new home...seen a hot red head walking around....that's me! She cut my hair off and made me a beautiful red. I have to say I love it again. The salon was clean, the girls were friendly, and the prices were on the higher side but worth every dime.
- Pros: beautiful glass salon, easy parking with the gargage, the end result...I look as good on the outside as I feel on the inside.
- Cons: I feel an addiction coming on!

Run Fast - Timid and Inexperienced Stylists!!

This is the worst experience I had ever had at a salon in my 38 years!! The stylist was afraid to cut my hair!! She snipped 1/16th inch here and there and said she was finished. I demanded that the manager cut and style my hair which she did begrudgingly!! The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional and not trained to use the photo imaging system that brought me into the salon in the first place.

THEY SAVED MY HAIR

This salon made me look beautiful. I had went to another salon, and they ruined my hair with a bad highlighting job. I was on the verge of tears when I went into HCX and the staff that took care of me was soooo nice and knowledgable about how to fix my hair. Not only did my hair look 100% better but it felt softer too. Thank you HCX you were the answer for my troubled mess of a hairdo!
