Outstanding in Every Way!!!. I threw a party for my husband's birthday for 180 people at this restaurant, and it was the best restaurant experience we ever had!!! The food is divine with innovative, exotic flavors infusing every dish, the service impeccable in EVERY way, the setting lovely and the design perfect for parties with ample space for dancing and a band. It just does NOT get any better than this!!! Jesse Wong's trio of restaurants including this one, Asean Bistro in Columbia and Jesse Wong's Kitchen at Hunt Valley Town Centre are all now our favorite restaurants on the planet, each having it's distinctive ambiance and cuisine.

Grossly underestimated. This is the downscale version of the wonderful Asean Bistro. Much larger, more informal, but with a more extensive menu that includes some of the Asean Bistro's classics. True, they had their difficulties in the start-up phase, but they have got the kniks worked out now and this place represents one ofthe best values for the money anywhere. It is stylish and kid friendly at the same time, and the food is very, very good, a fact that is attested to by the large number of the local Asian population that frequents this restaraunt. Highly recommended.

Bad Service. After putting our name on the wait list, we were asked to wait in the bar area. After a while, I was told that a table was being prepared for us. All of a sudden, a new group came in and the management, without hesitation, gave them our table. No explanation was given and it just goes to show that the place is poorly managed. It doesn't deserve the public's patronage.

Chinese dim sum nibbles come in countless varieties, and about 300 of them can be found at Jesse Wong's. The spacious restaurant has lots of windows overlooking Lake Kittamaqundi, plus outdoor seating for when the weather's nice. Seafood is a specialty here, and patrons can choose their fish or lobster from the live tanks. Only the dessert course includes some American treats, including cheesecake and a raspberry, pecan and peach tart.
