Editorial Review for Ryan's Daughter – by Walaika Haskins
In Short
Enjoy a mix of authentic Irish fare, 14 Irish whiskeys and a variety of imported beers and ales. Two dining areas flank a Victorian bar. The atmosphere is cozy, with several fireplaces and hanging laundry and vintage movie posters. Traditional Irish grub such as bangers and mash, corned beef, and cabbage and lamb stew share space with more contemporary offerings such as Irish cobb salad and fennel-encrusted salmon with red-pepper coulis.

Loved this pub. Have visited pubs from Hawaii to Newfoundland. Almost didn't try it when we found out it was a newly renovated Chi Chi's. Outside looks like a cookie cutter but one foot in the door and you are in Old Ireland. Great small dining nooks, incredible bar/dining area with fireplace. Clearly my vote for the best New World Irish Pub. The Shepards pie and the peasants pie are served in a puff pastry shell, great twist on an old standard. Incredible visit, good comfort food, warm fire, smooth Guinness.
Pros: Great ambience, private dinning nooks in a large facility
Cons: none

They are good, so is the rack-of-lamb and the corned beef - pints of Guiness/ale, fireplaces abound, cozy corners (my daughter had her birthday party in Rosie's Snug - cute name) AND larger well-lit areas combine to create a wonderful atmosphere.
Pros: NOT noisy, like most other Irish pubs tend to be
Cons: A tad pricey
