Quote Network Makes Unsolicited Computer Calls

I just got an unsolicited call from "Quote Network" on my cell phone. I am a high school teacher and the call came in during one of my classes. I asked how she got my number she said that she didn't have my number, that it was a computer dialing. When I told the representative to put my number on the "no call" list, she informed me that there "was no no call list". The call was very disturbing.
