In Short
Richness and warmth radiate from the plush leather seating and mahogany trim. Whether patrons prefer the filet mignon or a 24-ounce porterhouse, the dry-aged beef is guaranteed to please and is the cornerstone of a menu that also features hand-cut chops and fresh seafood. With hundreds of selections, the wine list is also impressive.

Three of my fellow support staff members and I had a Christmas lunch at this restaurant. We were treated like queens from entry to departure. The food was really good and the service was wonderful. They had no problems when we asked if we could change our table because we were at the window and the sun made one of the ladies a little ill. They moved us promptly. I recommend you treat yourself to the Capital Grille. You will not be sorry.

Went to the Capital Grille last weekend to celebrate my birthday. I was expecting pretty good food and service given that it was a well establish high end chain restaurant. What my friends and I got was exceptional food and service. Since this is a steakhouse I only really need to say that the steaks were superb. The décor was elegant. Not to dark, not to bright. Not to noisy either. The best part of the dinner there was the service. Everyone from the host to the waiter to the busers were courteous and attentive. Water was topped off immediately. Plates were cleared in an orderly fashion. Our waiter was very helpful throughout the meal in suggesting wines and various complements to the main course. The restaurant also provided a complimentary desert platter with 3 different large pieces of cheesecake. Overall for the six of us, the total came out to $80 a person, which included, entrees for each of us, a few appetizers, a couple additional desert plates and 2 bottles of lower priced wine and tax and tip. I definitely recommend for a special occasion.
