very professional, extremely knowledgeable. I used Rowan to repair and service my A/C system when it stopped working this week. Guy they sent was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything he was doing and how to maintain the system to keep it running smoothly and efficiently. Our Geothermal system works beautifully Rowan Heating & Air. Our Geothermal system works beautifully Rowan Heating and Air Conditioning, installed our Geothermal system and it works great. Their technicians were very professional, thorough and left our home in great condition. They know their stuff with the geothermal system. Russell, Nick, Tom & Jake went beyond the call of helping my husband and I become familiar with our new system, explaining it and making us comfortable with its operation. They were careful to fine tune our system even down to the dampers in the ductwork. They are the company to use when looking for a geothermal heating and air conditioning system installation.

Rowan HVAC offers great customer service, great techs.. Rowan Heating and Air Conditioining offers great customer service, When scheduling an appointment for our air conditioning repair, they gave me some trouble shooting advice. When they had to come out, the ac tech was knowledgeable and helpful, giving me some great energy saving tips and recommendations. Great service. Rowan Heating and Air Conditioning was very responsive and was able to come the same day we called even though we have a heat wave over 90 deg. daily. Their technician, R....., was professional, helpful and explained our AC situation very thoroughly, giving us all our options and answering our questions.
