Worst spray tan experience EVER!. I started going here the first of July and signed up for the $60 per month spray tan package. You have to pay for at least 3 months before you can cancel. The first week went well. I had no problems with the mystic tan. Soon, I experienced problems everytime I went and the staff didn't seem to care that I was wasting my money on this terrible service. The mystic tan broke down on the first spray as I was using it. I had to get dressed and have the staff member reset the machine. The next time I went, they were out of shower caps. They did not have them for two weeks. I had to wrap my head in a towel. One time the water wasn't working in the building and they refused to let me use a white towel for my hair. I had to use my shirt. Why didn't they go to another location and get shower caps? Or even Target? Finally, they got their shower caps in. Their machine was broken. I have to start calling them to make sure it works before I drive there. It's ridiculous! Yesterday, the machine was broken again. This is not worth $60 a month. I would like my money back. I am cancelling at the end of this month because that will be the end of my 3 month contract. Why doesn't management care to discount or do something to show they are sorry?? Worst spray tan experience of my life. I do not recommend this to anyone. Go to Sunchasers or another tanning place if you want a reliable spray tan service.
