Great Service. I have been a long time customer of Newby’s for several years and I have never had a problem with them. I have experienced many problems with OTHER establishments in Food, Personal business, and retail. I simply contacted the store manager or owners of these businesses and had the situation resolved. As far as Martha Newby is concerned, I will say that you will not find a more knowledgeable, genuine, and professional person to put your trust in for your taxes.

Dreadful. This tax preparer does not protect your private information. They allow their employees to access your private information for their own personal gain. That is not good. Identity theft is a real problem and your tax preparer has access to your most sensitive information. This tax preparer does NOT protect your information and the employee testified in open court that she accessed my information, get this, as ordered by a police officer! REALLY?! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
