view & uploadBest Brunch in Baltimore. The Waterfront Hotel is by far the Best Bar/Restaurant in Baltimore City! There staff is Great and food is Excellent. They have by far the Best Sunday Brunch in Baltimore City. I would highly recomend WTF
Horrible Staff. The staff (especially the MANAGER) at this place are extremely rude and unaccommodating. In addition to the people in my party, others actually left because of this. There are way better places in Baltimore.
Sunday brunch: cold food with attitude. The food took so long to be served that my friend's grits had a film over them and my french toast was as dry as a stale baguette. When we asked for a manager regarding the cold food, the manager responded: "It's brunch, we're busy." No apology or attempt at resolution. I have never been treated so rudely in a restaurant and with such a bad attitude as I did by this manager. So by conclusion, if you are looking for your meal to be warm/hot when served, or if you are looking for service with a smile, don't consider the Waterfront Hotel an option.
Brunch Did Not Meet Expectations. I had great things about their brunch from a couple of people. Five of us went to brunch because their menu looked good and they had bottomless bloody marys and mimosas for $10. We arrived and the place was packed upstairs and downstairs. Everything started off well. They took our drink orders fairly quickly and arrived within good time. Good thing - the mimosa was not pure OJ and drinks came quickly. Things went downhill from there. We ordered and the waitress was rude. Drink refills were slow and our food came out 45 minutes later cold. By this time we were starving and started eating. 15 minutes later they asked how our meal was. We said cold and asked to speak to a manager. No manager came and when someone new started clearing our plates, we again asked to speak to a manager. The person bussing was the manager and she too was rude and told us she couldnt do anything about the food. The menu was misleading too. Portions were small (no ginormous french toast by any means) and the fruit was a garnish. Ironically another set of friends were there and they were just as disappointed. By my 3rd mimosa, there was barely any champagne. We walked out very upset and still hungry. Do not recommend brunch.
Great atmosphere and food.
Great brunch and appetizers also.
Pool tables are the bonus.
Lots of historic ambience surrounds you.
