Arcos Mexican was the worst--service, food and drinks.. The service was slow. The Margarita's were waterered down and expensive and the refried beans tasted like the cook had put his cigarette out in them. The seafood enchilladas had a lot of seafood but little taste. This was the worst mexican that I have ever had.

Now this is good Mexican food. Beautiful restaurant with lots of great food, cheap prices, and great drink specials. The servers are really nice and the queso fundido is AWESOME! The brick-paved courtyard in the back is perfect for a romantic evening. Probably my favorite mexican restaurant in Baltimore.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY!!. We've gone there once before, the service was terrible (it always is here) but the food was good.....but since its Baltimore, there isn't a lot of good restaurants, we went again. BAD IDEA. The food was terrible (bad quality), service was terrible. Food was disgusting, and wait staff is terrible. They are notorious for making patrons wait when there are an AMPLE amount of tables open!!! Actually, while we were waiting to be seated, the group in front of us had been waiting a while to be seated, walked out and left in frustration. Don't go there.

Food was nasty.
I went to this restaurant recently and the food was nasty. The service was O.K. The place was dirty.
The entrance had a peculiar smell. I could not find any parking. It was not a pleasant experience.

So great!. This is authentic, from the look and feel of the restaurant, to the music, to the FOOD! Stone everywhere and the food is fabulous! Full of flavor and decent sized helpings. This place did not cost a lot and the staff was extremely friendly. Instantly a favorite of mine! I definately recommend this place to a person in search of great food. The seasonings and everything was like a page out of Mexico! Hats off!
