Lacking professionalism. If you want to be taken advantage of, lied to, not communicated with and stolen from (by all means) visit this crap hole. Red Emma's offers the worst customer service I have ever experienced, not to mention their sub-par to mediocre "food". Upon entry you get stared at with zombie-fied blank faces with no vocal welcome. They give off this cult-like vibe that they are better than you and are never helpful when you have questions. I never wish ill will on anyone, but this store really needs an overhaul if they want to make it in this tight economy. I will never return and ask that you don't frequent this place either.
