Tips for Synchronicity Boutique

The BEST customer service I have ever experienced and great selection of dresses. First we bought a homecoming dress there. Then we bought a party dress there. Last prom, we took a car full of girls there- they all found great dresses and picked out tuxes for their dates (they fit great and looked amazing- and the guys were thrilled because they were off the hook.) We are going back for homecoming again today. Awesome job Karen, Brooke, and the rest of the staff (we feel like family- they call us when they find things they know will fit!)

Happy Parents and Happy Teen!!!. My daughter and I visited this boutique in search of a prom dress.Arriving at synchronicity we were greated with friendly staff who worked well toghether. My daughter did not have a particular style in mind so she tried on many dresses. The staff was patient and accomidating. They offered advice without being pushy. We found a dress that fit my budget and my daughters wants. This boutique is not extreamely large but has many dresses and a great staff that will help you navigate while finding the perfect dress. Alexa, and Monica thanks you ladies are the best!!!!!!! Happy Parents and Happy Teen!!!!!

Horrible Customer Service. Decent selection of dresses but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were told they had certain dresses in stock so we drove over an hour to get to the store, only to be told they didn't carry the dresses. No one greeted us when we got there and we had to wait in line for a dressing room twice. The salesgirl was very snippy and couldn't be bothered to answer any of our basic questions. We went to M'jordell in Towson and they were extremely friendly and helpful and we found the perfect Sherri Hill dress for less money.

EVERY potential customer should receive the best customer service available anywhere at Synchronicity Boutique. If this is from a real customer, please call me personally. Alas, I'm certain this is a "fake review"- for example, if ANYONE sells Sherri Hill dresses for less than we do, they will lose their ability to sell Sherri Hill. Thank you, Karen 410-486-8866

Extremely helpful customer service. I love that they take the school names so no doubles & so many unique prom dresses to choose from. People are very helpful & very personal to every person.
