Synchronicity Boutique

Happy Parents and Happy Teen!!!. My daughter and I visited this boutique in search of a prom dress.Arriving at synchronicity we were greated with friendly staff who worked well toghether. My daughter did not have a particular style in mind so she tried on many dresses. The staff was patient and accomidating. They offered advice without being pushy. We found a dress that fit my budget and my daughters wants. This boutique is not extreamely large but has many dresses and a great staff that will help you navigate while finding the perfect dress. Horrible Customer Service. Decent selection of dresses but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were told they had certain dresses in stock so we drove over an hour to get to the store, only to be told they didn't carry the dresses. No one greeted us when we got there and we had to wait in line for a dressing room twice. The salesgirl was very snippy and couldn't be bothered to answer any of our basic questions. We went to M'jordell in Towson and they were extremely friendly and helpful and we found the perfect Sherri Hill dress for less money.…
