Fabulous! Absolutely fabulous!. Three grown women, friends since childhood, met in Fells Point on a Monday night for dinner. We had no reservations and none of us had ever been here before but based on a recommendation, decided to give it a try. We opted to sit upstairs and the ambience was wonderful! The service was flawless! The food even better! What a great place! They serve tapas (little plates) and the selection is beyond belief. We all agreed their salmon was the best wed ever had and the portions were quite generous! The asparagus plate, hummus, zucchini fritters all wonderful. This is the perfect way to dine build your own meal with exactly what you like. Although their wine list was impressive, we decided to try their bar. Their Cosmopolitan and Chocolatini cocktails were superb! We may even let our husbands come next time....
Long Wait. Very nice atmosphere, but even when you have a reservation, you still have to wait a while. Waiters could be a little more educated on their menus.
I love this place. I have never had Mediterranean food that was this good. I went here on a date and it was fantastic. The food and the service were excellent and the prices were reasonable. This is a good spot for a first date.
Great Place. Anytime I'm in Fells Point I have to stop by. It's just a great place that all my friends love
great inexpensive food.
excellent Mediterranean tapa here. Baked oysters, fried oysters, shrimp cakes, crab cakes, goat cheese stuffed red peps, tapinade, I forget them all. But 4 people had 25 or so dishes. Not a weak one in the bunch. Great service. Inexpensive. We'll be back again.
Awesome
Mediterranean tapas and fruity sangria are served late into the night at
this trendy offspring of the Fells Point mainstay..
The Scene
Diners expecting the conservative elegance of the prestigious Kali's Court next door will be surprised by these cool, modern interiors. The small first-floor dining area is filled mostly by a curving bar, a large staircase and an open kitchen, while upstairs, patrons are surrounded by the ubiquitous Fells Point exposed brick. Throughout, young professionals in trendy attire sip glasses of wine and nosh on fancy snacks under dimmed halogens.
The Food
The long list of mostly seafood and vegetarian Greek tapas covers a range of tastes. But feta reigns supreme-successfully with the zucchini fritters, an attractive blend of fresh herbs and shredded, fried zucchini; less so with tuna carpaccio which the cheese virtually overwhelms. The warm stuffed grape leaves are a palette-pleaser when dipped in the cool yogurt and dill sauce. And the braised lamb is both savory and moist.
