Responsive and reliable. I'm both a renter and owner with APS and have always found them responsive and reliable. (The only exception was a brief period with someone hired to replace Dana who was then replaced by Melissa who's been great!)

Highly recommend them. I highly recommend them to someone with rental property who wants a small operation that gives big results - no one gets lossed in shuffle like they would with big outfits that simply quote policy excuses when they don't want to help with something. Annapolis Properties really commits to their clients.They are awesome!

I can truly trust them. I've been using Annapolis Properties for the past five years. They've always been on the ball and I can truly trust them to help me get things done that need to be done. They are very conscientious at all levels from senior management to the people who actually go out to the house and make sure everything is okay.

They've done a good job. I've never had any tenant issues, and they've done a good job at keeping the properties rented. No complaints with the maintenance, and they've always answered questions in a timely fashion.

Took care of it promptly. I've been a resident in a property managed by Annapolis Property Services for 3 years. Never had any issues. My water heater had issues last week and they took care of if promptly.
