This Company is a company for mature adults not little kids. I have been with this company for almost seven years. It was explained to me when I started how the pay and deuctions were done. I have never worked for a more honest and up front person than the owner of this company. He has gone above and beyond any expectations that I thought. He has become a good friend as well as a mentor. When I need help on a job he is very accessable to me. If he can not help me, then he can point in the right direction. I have never been cheated out of any money. In fact, when my a account got messed up because my check was incorrect, he offered to pay the bounce check fees. I will remain with this company until there is no more Directv to install. I am very pleased to have become a sub-contractor of Yeros.

Yeros steals money from it's employees!. Be aware of this company if you're a sub-contractor. They asked me to train a guy who's been there already for two months (I later find out it's the owners friend) and deducted 40% of each of the jobs I trained him on to pay him! They're still taking money out of my checks to pay the guy and I don't even work there anymore. They also refused to pay me my last check and although you will not sign any agreement saying they can withhold your last check (if you're finding a decent, honest, company like I did) they will keep your check for 90 days. Atleast that's what they told me- but, no check will be forthcoming, they just say that to keep your money. Be very aware customers and sub-contrators alike!
