Tips for Bob Bell Automotive Group

Never had a good experience. I've been dealing with Bob Bell Ford since I bought my Kia in 2005. Every time I take it in for service, it comes back with a new problem. I've had 3 motors in the car and several oil leaks. The car has needed rotors and brakes several times. I had Bob Bell Service do it the first 4 times, then had another mechanic do the work and since then, I have not had any problems. My car broke down last week and they told me it was the starter. After picking it up and driving it twice, I had to have it towed back do the dealer for the same problem. They are worthless and are just looking to rip you off. don't even bother dealing with them. When I picked up my car last week, there was oil and grease all over the steering wheel. They always leave the car a mess. The mechanic drove it around to me and can flying through the parking lot. Chuck, the Kia Service Manager, said he was cutting me a deal on the starter and only charged me $360 instead of $380 (what a deal!). And that wasn't even the problem anyway. So, I put out about $200 just in towing expense in the past week. We'll see what the excuse is this time.

Very Good Service Dept. I have had my truck serviced at Bob Bell for years now and have never had a problem. I like being able to get service on Saturday as I work during the week. It is worth paying alittle more for factory trained mechanics and knowing that I will get real factory parts.
