Dr. Maureen Muoneke means a lot to us. Every time I come here with my wife, I feel at home. Dr. Maureen Muoneke takes her time to see my wife. We love coming here. We have referred people and will continue to refer people. She is very pleasant and well behaving with their patients also easy to get appointments.

Every experience has been a good one since I came from another doctor's office and transfered to Dr. Maureen Muoneke. I have had very good care. And I feel as though she cares for her patients.

Since the moment I called the office to schedule an appointment I noticed it was going to be easy to work with the Dr. Maureen Muoneke. I got an appointment the following day. My husband nd I are very happy with the staff and the doctor.

Where to begin. Reception is generally rude and unprofessional. Strike one.

I went there for a basic pap, as part of a time-sensitive medical check-up for work.

A MONTH later, I was angry that I never got my results. I was told that they wouldn't give me them over the phone, and to come in. When I came in and said I was there for my results, I was told to pay a $50 copay. I explained that I/my insurance already paid for the exam- and if you pay for the exam you shouldn't then pay extra for the results- but they insisted that I needed to pay the $50 copay (and my insurance would pay heftily too) for every consultation with the doctor.

She said that, looking at my results, [I] 'really should meet with the doctor."

So I paid the $50 and met with the doctor.... JUST FOR HER TO TELL ME THAT MY RESULTS WERE NOT IN.

Strike two.

Later, I brought my mother in for a pap. She doesn't have insurance. They charged me $250 for the pap, which I thought was expensive, but I paid it. Much later, we got a bill in the mail from Quest Diagnostics for $279. When I called Dr. Muonekee's office, I was told that 'the $250 was only for the consultation, and the $279 was separate.' Bringing the total cost of one pap smear to over $500!

Strike three.

Avoid this place like the plague.

No integrity. No professionalism.

Dr. Maureen Muoneke was a great doctor to work with... she really took care of all my needs.. n helped me bring in my son into this world... the office staff also was great with everything... i really enjoyed coming into office twice a week...

We are great full to Dr. Maureen Muoneke.. We are great full to this doctor, she took us step by step through and we finally got pregnant and she delivered our daughter. We had had several doctors and for some reason we felt very good with this practice, perhaps its a fit type of thing, but we can't say enough for this doc.

Saw other pateitnt reviews. Saw other pateitnt reviews on the internet and am very glad that I came here for my OB care. I feel very confident that these long months of pregnancy will fly by.

I was very pleased with the level of compassion. I was very pleased with the level of compassion and concern Dr. Muoneke showed to me as a patient. It was very easy to obtain an appointment and the staff was friendly and well prepared. I would recommend this office to family and friends.
