Great place for a haircut!!.
This was my first time here and I will not having any problems going back! The rates are reasonable and you swear you're there with family because the atmosphere is terrific. It's located in an excellent spot so that when you get your hair done you can walk a block to enjoy all that Fell's has to offer. They sell Paul Mitchell products so it was nice that I could stop searching for the ones I use. A special thank you to Paris who made me look amazing. See you in 6-8 weeks:>)

HORRIBLE HAIRCUTS R US.
In this economy, I was eager to save money and decided to try the thrifty priced haircuts at Tenpachi. Well, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is -or- you get what you pay for. Either of these work. I am horrified and devastated. I went in for a 1-2 inch trim off of my mid-back length hair and left with a shaggy shoulder length 'do with a strange row of fringe longer than the rest of the hair in the back. It resembles a 90's Friends TV style cut only really short. I did ask the "stylist" not to cut it any shorter and he told me he was finished, and just putting in some layers, while proceeding to whack off about 6 inches from my hair. What can you even do at this point? The nicest thing said about my hair after the whacking was, "It's not that bad", or "It'll grow back". I feel like my hair is ruined for the next 4-6 months. I could have had a better haircut with a Flowbee.
update- The owner offered to reimburse me for the haircut I had the next day to repair the hair I was left with. She said she put the check in the mail, and nothing came in the next two weeks. I called her and she said she would put a stop payment on that check and send me another one. Well, three more weeks have gone by and nothing. Bad business all around.
