Mice Infested and idiot Property manager. I lived at this property for a year but wasn't able to live here for the last two months, my apt was mice infested and Im talking about how would you like to have to come home everyday and brush off mice droppings off your bed and sofa, how would you feel if you went in your kitchen to make a sandwich and there is a hole in the bag with half the loaf missing and I had small children. I've killed 13 mice. look at my pictures and story on

and dont even think about having a decent conversation with the ghetto property manager, he could care less about you, he told me that covering up my mice holes were not his job and refused to help me with my mice problem except send exterminators to 'treat' my apt, they simply came in looked around and left......you will have better luck sleeping in the homeless shelter

not worth ur time, money, or energy. The cheap rent is about it anybody tellin u anything different either lives on a top floor or next quiet neighbors which is very rear! Don't let any of these other crackheads lie to u they more than likely are the problem that's why they have no complaints cause they're the reason for the complaints. With that out of the way here is my list 1. Nasty inconsiderate Property manager who doesn't know his head from his hole. 2. Noisy neighbors to go along with piss poor unprofessional management in general. 3. Horrible maintenance with too many problems to put in this review. 3. To go along with those issues the apartment structure itself is built to keep noise inside so the sounds of noisy neighbors are magnified, poorly built structure. 4. To add insult to injury the police in the area are apart of the problem as well they are keystone cops who are pretty much useless, unless u r lookin for somebody to smile and nod. and truthfully sometimes u don't even get that. SO WITH EVERYTHING BEING SAID IF U DON'T CARE ABOUT NOISE, RODENTS, LINGERING ISSUES, GOOD MANAGEMENT RESPECTABLE NEIGHBORS OR AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT RESPECTS IT'S TENANTS THAN THIS THE PLACE FOR YOU CAUSE BESIDES CHEAP RENT THAT'S ALL U'LL GET EXCEPT AN F U PAYMENT NOTICE EVERY MONTH. PEACE!!!!
