Easily the best in the area.. Let's be honest, this far down Monument your not exactly in the Inner Harbor anymore. But I have been shopping at this store for years and I have never been unhappy...and I'm more the "shop in the nice mall" type But even with that in mind they always have exactly what I need.

Yeah they have a 10day exhange policy (or It may be 7 I cant be sure I'd have to go check my last receipt lol... as everyone should) but let's be honest, your job as a customer is to find out that kinda stuff.

And funny enough I have never had any problem with any exchanges. To be honest, if u are nice to the manager down there, they will all work with you.

I have got so many discounts from this store and made my holiday shopping for the last 2 years better.

Just went there last week and picked out 2 NFL jackets.

Poor customer service - scam store. What a rip off place this is and they wonder why small business go "Out of Business". I purchased a $127.00 coat from this store as a gift for Christmas. I tried to return it within 30 days unworn with the tags still on it and I was told all I could get was store credit. They couldn't even give me a card and all I received was a receipt saying I had $127 in store credit only good for 60 days. I will never shop at this store again and I will tell anyone who asks to beware of White Marsh Mall, because it's not the only store that practices this return policy. I'll stick with shopping at the larger department stores and well known reputable businesses.
