Didn't follow through with estimate. Pete, the owner I think, was very nice BUT I don't understand how he can come out to look at the job, take measurements and then never follow through on giving me an estimate! It is very frustrating. I called and left several nice messages along with nice emails as well. He just ignored me, never called me back and left me hanging completely frustrated and dissapointed.
