worst cupcakes yet..... expected a gourmet cupcake for the price, but got something that had a terribly dry cake and nasty overly-sweet frosting. better off making a boxed cake mix (at least this is edible). definitely will never go there again.…
Great Cupcakes...a family favorite. We live in Mt. Washington and the new store opened up there a few weeks ago. This was the first time we tried the cupcakes. They are really great. We got 1/2 dozen variety, my favorite was the red velvet and something called the carmel praline (not salted carmel). I have never had yellow cake this moist. The whole family loved them. We love Charm City Cupcakes. we meet the owners mother, a lady name Ms. Fay who started the recipes. these are the best cupcakes I have ever had. I went to get a few and bought a dozen. you go for the cupcakes but you really feel like family by the time you leave. its not an uppity place, just downhome good.…
What a disappointment!.
Where do I begin...I called in my order 2 months in advance for a birthday party, they didn't call me to talk about the order until the night before. They wanted a credit card to hold the order which
was fine but I asked them not to charge it because my friend was going to pay for them, they charged my card anyway. And when I asked them to credit my card and charge another card, they said they would but never did. They were 2 hours late for the party and didn't call to tell me. They didn't get the order correct. Were they good? Yes, but everyone at the party was too fuming with their poor customer service to enjoy them.
I think these are enough reasons to get your cupcakes elsewhere.…
